The Institute of Technology and Engineering was established in 1983.It is the outcome of the new dynamic educational policy formulated by the Government of Maharashtra, under the leadership of the late Chief Minister Vasantaraodada Patil to open engineering colleges and polytechnics on non–grant basis. With the tremendous efforts of Hon’ble Shri Sharadchandraji Pawar, in bringing the continuous stream of technical knowledge to the rural area, our Institute is functioning successfully. The courses offered by the Institute are approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi., Govt. of Maharashtra and Directorate of Technical Education Mumbai(M.S) and affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai-51

1 .	Diploma in Automobile Engineering
	Eligibility Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the SSC (Std.X) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects Mathematics(71), General Science and English, with minimum 35% aggregate marks. Admission to Direct Second Year : The candidate passed H.S.C.(XII) Science with vocational/technical subject(A-2,A-3,A-4,C-2,D-9). ITI/MCVC first class candidates are also eligible for admission, subject to DTE/MSBTE rules.
