Eligibility
1. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or recognized as equivalent there to, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and chemistry put together are eligible for admission. However, candidates who have obtained 45% marks in Mathematics separately with 60% aggregate marks in Physics and Chemistry put together are also eligible for admission.

2. a). Candidates belonging to socially and Educationally Backward Classes (as per G.O(P) No.208/66/Edn. dt. 2.5.1966 and amendments thereof) with a total annual family income not exceeding Rs.6 Lakhs,need 45 % marks in the case of Mathematics separately and 45% marks for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together. The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates need only a pass mark in the qualifying examination.
b). Socially and Educationally backward Classes (SEBC) within the income limit prescribed above/Persons with Disabilities (PD) category candidates who have obtained 40% marks in Mathematics separately with 55% aggregate marks in Physics and Chemistry put together are also eligible for admission.
