Samaguri College , the only college in Samaguri Constituency was established in 1990 and imparting education in an interior area inhabited largely by minority people and tea tribes. It was provincialised in January’ 2013. It is an Arts Degree College and has been enlisted Under Section 2(f) & 12(b) of the UGC Act 1956 in the year 2013.
Library: There is a library in the college and necessary steps have been taken to improve and modernize the library.
Scholarship Facility
There is scholarship facility for the minority students of the college. The college authority has been trying to provide the benefit of scholarship to SC, ST, OBC and MOBC students.
