P.T. Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker College of Engineering & Technology is the outcome of our great Philanthropist, late Shri. P. T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker (1829 - 1874) with a sole aim of providing, Technical Education to the poor and downtrodden people beside other social and religious activities.The College is literally situated in Oovery , 8 kms from kancheepuram and 18 kms from Arakkonam. The College is a private, self – financed Institution, affiliated to Anna University, approved by AICTE. The College is a unit of P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Trust, Vepery, Chennai – 600 007. The Trust is governed by the board of trustees, appointed by the High Court. Our Trust is a public charitable trust that has taken up, providing education to the socially neglected people as, it’s sole aim.

LEE CHENGALVARAYA NAICKER COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY by keeping liaison with reputed firms and industrial establishments. It functions under the supervision of a placement officer. The placement cell operates year round, to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students who are placed through the campus placements is continuously getting bigger. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct campus interviews.
