This trust has been established by its trustees Mr. Vinod Bansal & Mr. Pramod Bansal for the benefit of society & also to ensure the state of Uttar Pradesh is to be rated amongst the top in the field of Technical education . Bansal Institute of Engineering & Technology is approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) & affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) and Board of Technical Education (BTE) , Lucknow (U.P).
