The College is run by "VAIDARBHIYA MAHILA SANSTHA" founded by Dr. Prabhatai Sapkal, a visionary inspired by teachings of ‘Savitribai Phule’. The college is affiliated to RashtrasantTukdojiMaharaj University of Nagpur. Within a span of more than three decades, the college has developed into an educational institution which is fulfilling its proper role in the field of formal as well as extension education.
Library: The library plays important role in promoting the progress of knowledge. The librarian guides the students to get the information as well as for their Career Guidance and Personality Development.
canteen: There are different kinds of food items are available in college canteen. Canteen provides the students with tea, biscuits, bread etc.

scholarships and fee concessions are available to students by fulfilling the criteria laid down by Government of India / Government of Maharashtra. The government aid depends on righteous conduct and educational advancement of a student.
