The Institution has been established by the “ The Techno- Medical Welfare Society , which is duly registered by the Government of Himachal Pradesh under the S.R. Act .XXI of 1860 vide registration no. 159/9-12-94 . , Institution is commonly known as C.I.T.M . came in to existence in May 1995 with a view to afford job opportunities to the educated youth of Himachal Pradesh as well as for the neighboring states since there was no other institution of this kind in Himachal Pradesh.
