Library: XCHM has a collection of more than 5000 books, magazines and journals for the best references. It is subscribing journals/periodicals & 10 daily newspapers every year. We have so many books on all department like Food production , F &B service, Culinary science, housekeeping , front office education, management education, value education, computer science, social studies, library & information science etc,....The library can accommodate 50 students at a time.
Seminar Hall: A centrally air-conditioned seminar hall ideal for celebrating various events like seminars, banqueting functions. The hall can hold up to 500 numbers of people. The Seminar hall is equipped with the latest audio visual facility, LCD screen etc. It venues World Photography Day, Welcome Ceremony, Farewell Ceremony, different types of competition & many more events.
Computer Lab: Xavier College of Hotel Management has a state-of-art computer lab with 50 computers at student’s disposal, which offers practical session for the students. The lab is connected with round the clock internet facility through WI-FI and LAN connectivity. The lab provides 1:2 ratios to students. Students are using the lab for research & upgradation about hotel industry.
Canteen: Tantalizing aromas have been wafting over the clean & hygienic sitting area. The atmosphere is spacious, clean and hospitable and has been strategically built keeping in mind all details for the convenience for students as many of them come from far off places to make them feel back home. The staff is solicitous & the servers are uniformed & trained to be attentive & friendly. Caterer offers an extensive selection of classic Indian food along with combining traditional vegetarian & non-vegetarian cuisines. The menu comprises of Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, snacks items & special dishes during festivals. It can accommodate about 200 students at one particular time.
Bus Facility: Full fledged transport departments function in the college with buses to provide transport facility to students & staff from various places in and around the city. This service is offered ensuring a hassle-free & safe transportation. The College run 2 buses for providing transport facility to students from various places in the city. Experienced drivers are specially hired for the safe transportation of students and staffs. The buses are equipped with first and facility for any emergency. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students.
Sports: The healthy body acts as a catalyst in the process of gaining knowledge. The sports facilities facilitate the students in strengthening their physical energy level as well as in fostering team spirit. Annual Sports Meet is held every year in college campus. XCHM organizes indoor and outdoor games for refreshment of the students in different effects like chess, carom, badminton, football, cricket, quiz, musical chair, kabadi and many more.
 
 Hostel Facility
Hostel Facilities Available: We provide separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The AC and Non AC rooms are provided on double sharing and triple sharing basis and are well equipped with facilities like individual kitchens, attached baths, 24 hour water and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostels have round the clock security system. For boys, we have 100 occupants seat & 50 seats for girls. Medical assistance is also provided to hostel inmates. Hostels are well located with good communication facilities. A student can easily reach the hostel with different travelling modes. The atmosphere is peaceful.
