The HMCH is founded with the single point aim of providing the best of medical training in these parts of the country. At present the hospital has 400 Teaching beds with state of the art operation theatres.
HMCH has a sprawling campus that has a planned and aesthetically designed structure housing the hospital, medical college, school of nursing, separate hostel for boys and girls, recreation facilities etc, in the premises. At HMCH it is always service to mankind. College is a class apart because the induction program deals basically with practical and interactive approach to the lectures.
Library - The college library stocks over 10,500 books on all branches of study. The library also subscribes to 100 indian and 265 foreign journals on medical and allied subjects. The library has a CD Rom based online journal section and offers Medline search
Hostel Facility
HMCH provides students with hostel facilities. Separate blocks for girls and boys are available with each block accommodating around 100 students. More rooms are being added to meet the increasing demand from the students. All the blocks have reading rooms with T.V. Separate Canteen facilities provided to satisfy the diverse needs.
