Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) | MD General Medicine

1 .	Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
	Eligibility He/She will attain the age of 17 years or more on December 31.The age shall be determined as per entry in the Matriculation/Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination certificate. The candidate must have passed both the following examinations:- a. Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination as equivalent thereto with at least five subjects from any recognized Board/University with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together (45% in the case of candidates with Locomotive Disability) and must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in the qualifying examination. Student is also required to have passed in other subjects of +2 Examination. b. Placed in the merit list prepared as a result of this Competitive Entrance Test by securing not less than 50% marks (45% in the case of candidates with locomotive disability of lower limbs).
	Duration 4.5+1 years
	Admission Procedure Common Entrance Test (MMUCET) conducted by MMU University. Open seats are to be filled through entrance test. However, the seats reserved for NRI's, their children or wards which will be filled up on merit of qualifying examination.

	Other Details The candidate must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Board constituted/ approved by the Principal, M.M. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Mullana. The candidature of a candidate found medically unfit is liable to be cancelled. Any candidate who fails to attend the medical examination on the notified date is liable to forfeit the claim for admission and placement in the waiting list.

2 .	MD General Medicine
	Eligibility The candidates should be citizen of India; and have passed MBBS examination from any of the Medical Colleges/Institutions recognized by the Medical Council of India; have completed satisfactorily or are likely to complete one year compulsory rotating internship by 30.4.2014 from Colleges/Centres recognized by the Medical Council of India; are registered Permanently with the State Medical Council/MCI at the time of admission; and possess a certificate of good conduct from the Head of the Institution last attended.
	Duration 3years
	Admission Procedure Open Seats are to be filled through entrance test. However, the seats reserved for the NRIs, their children or wards which will be filled up on merit of qualifying examination.
