Mahalakshmi College of Allied Health Science in Tiruchirappalli is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), the college was established in 2023 and offers B.Sc. programs in Cardiac Technology, OT & Anaesthesia, Emergency Care, Physician Assistant, and MLT. A generator is available for round-the-clock power supply. Hygienically prepared, well balanced nutrition food is provided to ensure good health.

Mahalakshmi College offers scholarships from state and central governments for BC/MBC/SC/ST, first-gen graduates, and eligible students. Aid is also given based on merit, attendance, and conduct. Timely application is required.
