	Eligibility Passing of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (XII Std.) of the Gujarat State Board of Secondary Education with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English as regular students in the immediately preceding academic year. OR Passing of the All India Senior School Certificate Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (after 12 years of schooling) through the Schools affiliated to the said Board and situated in the Gujarat State, with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English as regular students in the immediately preceding academic year

2 .	Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
	Eligibility Higher Secondary Examination (XII Std.) of the Gujarat State Board of Secondary Education as regular students with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics as subjects with atleast 50% marks in the aggregate in the immediately preceding academic year.
