Set in the beautiful Hiranandani Gardens Powai, the college of nursing offers a picturesque, fascinating and above all safe environment for all students to learn and discover their new selves.
Library :The library is spread over 1500 sq. ft. All text books as prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council will be made available. The library has storage cupboards for books and also adequate seating area for students. The most interesting part of the library is that there is a net access on six computer terminals.
Community Health Lab:The Community Health Lab is a large area that has all the audio visual aids that pertain to community health. Suitable arrangements have been made to replicate nursing needs in the rural as well as urban areas. The room itself has an incomparable neatness that is a culture to be imbibed by training nurses.
Hostel Facility
Accommodation can be arranged on first come first basis for only out station candidates.
HiCON being world class Institute from the infrastructure, curriculum and co-curriculum being world class institute attracts people from all over the country to come and join this college. A dormitory wing has been created with 36 beds. It is not a bunk but a full size bed. Each bed has a study table which is complete with its own private lighting, data point if they have a personal computer and also a wardrobe to match. Each of these rooms are very comfortable and tastefully done up. Large windows offer a gorgeous view all round. There will be a full time warden who will be staying in her own room and will be the mother figure for the boarders. The environment is clean, tastefully done and secure. A large lounge has been created for the students complete with a television that they can sit and watch after college hours. A 24 hour guard is on the floors for security.
