The Kasturi Shikshan Sanstha's College of Pharmacy was founded in 2008 and is recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi; Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) and is affiliated to the University of Pune. Building on its tradition of excellence, the College offers a well developed and modern program in Pharmacy education.
Computer Lab:The significance of Information Technology in pharmacy education cannot be sidelined, and, with an aim to maximize the use of technology, all necessary provision has been made, including a centrally located, well maintained, state-of-the-art computer lab. All work-stations throughout the campus are networked via LAN, thus enabling constant access to the internet for all academic related needs. A foundation course will be provided to the students at the onset of their academic year to make them acquainted with the World Wide Web consortium and how technology can be used to its full potential in assisting them with all their academic related research during the course.
Library: The College library provides an extensive resource of reading material, valuable CDs, reference books and a number of professional periodicals to encourage the use of the same. The volume of books will be updated each year by the addition of new books related to pharmaceuticals subjects. Provision for the most commonly used textbooks has been duly met with to facilitate borrowing by students.
Laboratory: Respective department stores are within the laboratories. The stores keep adequate stock of glassware, reagents, solvents and specimen etc required for daily practical experiments. The laboratories are managed by trained laboratory assistants. Well equipped with all instruments and equipments required for carrying out practicals.
Hostel Facility
Separate hostel for boys and girls. Hostel rooms are spacious, well furnished and duly maintained.
