The Soniya Education Trust, Dharwad established in 1990 with a main objective of developing professional education facility in northern Karnataka area with a group of eminent educationists, philanthropists & social workers. The President Sri H.V.Dambal(Ex Mayor, Hubli-Dharwad Corporation), a sole Trustee of Soniya Education Trust, established a college of Education in Dharwad, which is an important educational center of northern Karnataka. the climatic conditions of the city are very pleasant throughout the year.
