This course is designed for the traffic and operations staff of international air cargo agents but is also useful to sales and marketing staff of cargo agents and consolidators; sales, reservations and acceptance staff of airlines, airport handling and surface transportation companies; shipping department staff of manufacturers, wholesalers, importers and exporters

Sales, reservations and acceptance staff of airlines, airport handling and surface transportation companies; 4. Shipping department staff of manufacturers, wholesalers, importers and exporters; 5. All staff of cargo agents, airlines and manufacturers who wish to expand or refresh their knowledge of current international air cargo rating and handling procedures

Eligibility
The candidate should have completed the IATA/UFTAA Foundation Diploma or equivalent training from a reputed institute such as the Diploma in Compact Travel and Tourism with E-ticketing and CRS from IHCTM. The course is also recommended for existing staff of tour operators, consolidators and airlines who have sufficient work experience and are conversant with basic travel agency operational skills

SSC/HSC/Diploma with  good math and proficiency in English

Eligibility
The candidate should have completed the Consultant Diploma also have some GDS/CRS experience and handled work up to supervisory level. Alternatively, those who have completed the Diploma in Compact Travel and Tourism from IHCTM along with VA-1 and VA-2 as well as having GDS and work experience are eligible for the programme

Eligibility
Candidate should have completed the Management Diploma and have atleast 1 year experience in a management position. Alternatively, he/she should have successfully completed the Best of 5 Management Programme or the Tourism and Business Management Programme from IHCTM and have atleast 12 months of work experience.
