GBS-School of Business Studies, Hyderabad originated in 2008, at a time, when the overall focus of Hyderabad-based management institutes was to churn out degree holders only. Understanding the need of the hour, GBS was launched in the market under GNI, a 17-year-old educational group to fill in the gaps. For the first time in the history of Hyderabad Management education, GBS focused more on specializations and directing the students with a market driven approach. Among the Business Schools, GBS was the first one to introduce and promote innovative specializations like Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Quantitative Finance, HR Analytics, Investment banking, Equity Research and much more. Also, GBS created a proactive counseling system to sensitize the students on the importance of specializations in Management Education.
Today, our focus is to make the specialization based management education more research based and analytics oriented for better corporate acceptance.
