ITM University, Gurgaon has rebranded itself as ‘THE NORTHCAP UNIVERSITY’ or ‘NCU’ for short. University Grants Commission (UGC) has Notified the name change of ITM University, Gurgaon to 'THE NORTHCAP UNIVERSITY' (NCU). An Ordinance notifying the name change was earlier promulgated by the Honourable Governor of Haryana. The University is already included in the list of Private Universities under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act.

1 .	BBA LLB
	Eligibility 10+2 examination by CBSE or equivalent with minimum aggregate of 55% and 50% in English. Additionally candidate should have appeared for (CLAT/ LSAT/ AILET)
	Duration 5 years
	Admission Procedure On the basis of the inter se merit of CLAT/ LSAT/ AILET
	No. of Seats 90 seats; 15% of intake will be allocated for Children/wards of NRI.

2 .	Master of Law (LLM)
	Eligibility Must have passed LL.B Degree examination conducted by any University recognized by UGC and BCI. Additionally candidate should have appeared for (CLAT/ LSAT/ AILET / /NCU entrance Test)

	Admission Procedure On the basis of merit determined on CLAT/ LSAT/ AILET /NCU entrance Test and personal interview and marks obtained in the qualifying examination
