Aswini institute of Nursing And Paramedical Sciences (AINAPS) was started in 2003 at Minor Road, Nadathara, about seven kilometers from Thrissur as a unit of Aswini Hospital. It is a picturous and peaceful green campus with ponds and wells, and is virtually a mini botanical garden. It contains Aswini Nursing School (GNM) and Aswini Nursing College (B.Sc.)
