Deck Cadets | Deck Officer Program

1 .	Deck Cadets
	Eligibility Pass in 10+2 examination from a recognized Board / University with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), or Commerce or Biology. OR Pass in a Diploma (equivalent to 10+3) from a recognized Board / University. Should have passed with English as a separate subject, at 10+2, 10+3 or in the Degree program conducted by a recognized Board/University.

Deck Officer Program is an innovative maritime training program offered at IIMS jointly by iMETA and Hunter TAFE under the approval of ASMA.Join the Phase I of this program at IIMS Kochi, where you shall be provided full time and unlimited access to our modern facility and highly professional faculty comprising matured Master Mariners. Gain the advantage of a fully focused academic support network during Phase II, the Ship Attachment Program (training berths are assured by us) and continue your learning with the AMSA approved DLP while on board. Get full assistance and support to complete the final Phase III of the course at TAFE NSW.The certification acquired is world class,in compliance with the requirements of International Maritime Organisation and Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for seafarers,(STCW) as amended. This training program conducted over 3 phases are given in the table below :-
