The PGDCRM curriculum is designed to help businesses use technology and human resources to gain insight into the behaviour of customers and the value of those customers. The PGDCRM program concentrates on the retention of customers by collecting data from every interaction each customer makes with a company, from mall access points whether they are by phone, mail, web or field. Students will also learn the difficulties in creating a brand image and maintaining it, along with business communication. The program covers key topics such as Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Service Marketing, Data Management, Sales Force Automation and the current status and future of CRM. It also builds a strong foundation of Principles and Practices of Management and Marketing.
