Established in the year 2001 by Valluvar Educational Trust, Karur, Tamilnadu, which is organized by a reputed business group of more than two decades, founded VCHMI & VCSM.
Valluvar Educational Trust works for the betterment of the youth in academic and entrepreneurial efforts. Our is a unique college with well planed 1,00,000 sq. feet of building located at madurai bye-pass road, national highway in 25 acres campus. Being a private institution the college is under the control of the Valluvar Educational Trust.
The college library is established to produce a vibrant creative quality among the students. It provides a comprehensive range of books, magazines and journals to cater to the modern needs. The constant growth of library with study materials and infrastructure is possible because of our dynamic Chairman Mr.K.Senguttuvan, for whom “Library is a nerve centre of any educational institution”.
Hostel Facility
The colleges have a hostel for boys and girls separately. The hostel facilities will impart the feeling of being at home with love and affection. A vegetarian Mess with a capacity of 400 members to dine at the same time enables all students and staff to have lunch and breakfast. A large modem kitchen with steam cooking is attached to the mess hall.
Placement Cell in Valluvar College of Science Management plays a crucial role and is becoming a key department of the institute. A full fledged placement cell is functioning in our college takes every effort to expose the students to the wide-ranging career prospects and helps them to march with confidence. VCSM pins its faith on its Training & Placements for acting an interface between the industry and the academia. A competent and vibrant team under the able guidance of our chairman and placement officer is working to place our students in top notched companies. The placement cell coordinates quite well with the corporate sector and providing all requisites to facilitate the campus selection programmes.
