The Cheyyar Polytechnic College was established in 1996 as a charitable institution with a prime ambition of affording opportunities to young men and women for equipping themselves to get employed and contribute to the technological development of the nation. The college is growing day by day and emerging as one of the ranking polytechnic institutions in Tamilnadu.
The college is located in a congenial atmosphere, about 13 km from Cheyyar, spreading over 10 acres of sprawling campus on the Cheyyar– Vandavasi (Near Sugar Mill) road at Kulamandai.
