Seikalathur Kamatchi Amman Polytechnic College was established by generous and noble educationalist of Dr.G.Kathamuthu and in honour and memory of his home God Kamatchi Amman at Seikalathur Village , on 15th November 1983 ( G.O.No.2161 dated on 15-11-1983 ) and this Institution Commenced its excellent services from 1983-84. Seikalathur Kamatchi Amman Polytechnic College is affiliated to board of Technical Education Chennai. All the diploma course are duly approved by All India council for Technical Education as per the norms of the Tamilnadu Government adopting curricular and Evaluation system stipulated by DTE Chennai.
