MAMBS has initialised processes for a placement and training cell headed by an experienced faculty member. In-plant training for pre-final year students and industrial visits and tours for all students are regular features. Seminars and guest lectures on specialized areas like communication skills, presentation techniques-oral and written, resume writing, personality development, participation in group discussions, effective methods of facing interviews, etc are arranged periodically. The students coming from rural atmosphere have benefited greatly by the training in these skills. Leading companies often show interest in campus interviews for students in view of their academic performance as well as their all round proficiency and achievements in professional and in co-curricular / extra curricular areas.
