Nachimuthu Polytechnic College was established in the year 1957, by Artuchelvar Dr.N.Mahalingam in memory of his beloved father, Thiru.P.Nachimuthu Gounder. Thiru.P.Nachimuthu Gounder was a embodiment of hard work, Sincerity, truthfulness and perseverance. Nachimuthu Polytechnic College (NPTC) is a Government aided co-educational Institution and is affiliated to the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Govt. of Tamilnadu. The institute is located 3 kms away from Pollachi on the Coimbatore - Dindugal National Highway (NH 209) in a wide area of 60 acres with a serene atmosphere.
