The Lakshmi Venkatesh Educational Foundation's - Vedanta Institute of Management and Studies was founded by Mr. Pramod Khonde in order to meet the growing demand of executives & managers throughout India and abroad and give away quality management education in the city of Pune - which is also known as the Oxford of the East. It is located on the east side of Pune on a sprawling 1 acre plot in the educational hub of Wagholi, Pune.
Classrooms: The institute has spacious classrooms of different seating capacities and which is provided with white board, over head projectors and screens. To enhance the presentation of lectures, seminars and other academic exercises, the institute has a good audio-visual set-up, over head projectors, LCD and sound systems are available to promote maximum interaction between faculty and students.
Computer Lab: The computer laboratory is fully air-conditioned and is well equipped with Hundred Pentium IV 3.0 GHz and Core 2 Duo 2.53 GHz processor based machines connected to a main server through LAN. The computer lab is accessible to students in the department round the clock, throughout the week.
Library: The Institute's library is considered to be one of the best centers for reference and information. It has a rich collection of books on management, computers, and the related subjects. In addition to this it has a good collection of CDs (Compact disks).
Conference Rooms and Seminar Hall: The institute has one fully air conditioned conference rooms and two seminar halls which form the core of interactive learning. It is fully equipped with modern audio visual aids for round table conferences, presentations and seminars.
Cafeteria: The cafeteria provides a relaxed environment for students, faculty and the staff for informal discussions. It offers high quality products of wider spectra ranging from healthy and balanced breakfast to a selection of snacks at competitive prices.
