The St. Joseph Polytechnic College, Coimbatore was established in July 2009 by the Vailankanni Charitable Trust with the active support of Government of Tamilnadu, Chennai and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) ,New Delhi.
St. Joseph Polytechnic College is situated in a peaceful and serene location in a rural setting at the Veerappanur village on the Coimbatore K.G.Chavadi- Velanthavalam Main Road, about 3 km from its junction with the National Highway 47 from Coimbatore to Palakkad / Cochin .
