Sandip Institute of Engineering and Management (SIEM) was established in the year 2008-2009, with five Engineering courses. Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to the University of Pune, it is the Premier Institute of the Sandip Foundation. Set amidst spacious and lush green surroundings, about 8 kms from the city of Nashik, the SIEM campus provides an ambience that aids intellectual thinking and academic interaction. The facilities on the campus include classrooms with multimedia Equipment/Overhead Projectors, Individual faculty and administrative blocks, a state-of-the-art library, computer labs with the latest firmware and an upcoming ultra modern hostel facility.
The institution boasts of world class infrastructure with State-of-the-Art Laboratories equipped with the latest machineries and tools, a Library containing books twice than the norms laid down by AICTE, National and International Journals (including e-journals), ample reference books of various authors to cater to the needs of the students so that they harness knowledge far beyond the syllabus. Class rooms are provided with ceiling mounted LCD Projectors, Seminar halls are air-conditioned along with the laboratories and an Amphitheatre is constructed to cater to college festivals, sports and cultural events hosted by the students. The infrastructure is at par with International standards and is designed to enable students to have a broader vision of themselves and the environment around them. For students who need to brush up on their ability of spoken English, there is a Language Laboratory that is provided.
