Excel College of Education was started in the year 2006 at Komarapalayam, Namakkal District with an intake of 100 students with the approval of NCTE, New Delhi and affiliation of Periyar University, Salem.The College is shifted to the permanent premises in Pallakapalayam, Namakkal District on 5th March 2012.It is promoted by SRET – Sri Rengaswamy Educational Trus

Excel College of Education has modern infrastructure comprising of all required labs, Class rooms, library, auditorium, seminar hall, rest rooms, hostel, play ground and other facilities.
