The Shekhawati College of Pharmacy, being started from the academic year 2006-2007, in an institution which is to provide the professional program for the Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) being started from the academic year 2006-2007 in the region.The holder of this degree will practice a profession, which besides being highly dignified,leads to the additional satistafaction of serving the ailing humanity The College is located in the serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of the urban atmosphere It provides excellent peaceful atmosphere for studies. Library: The separate library for degree and master degree established which contains around 5000 books relating to pharmaceutical sciences and related areas and 42 national and international journals, compact disc version and scientific video tapes are available in the library. The library is also provided with reprographic services and high speed internet connection with numerous terminals there by assisting the faculty and students to acquire knowledge through sophisticated means.
Canteen and Grocery: Canteen and grocery store/shopping complex. A well equipped canteen operates round the clock. A grocery store is also available to meet the day to day requirement of the students and staff. A well appointed shopping complex is being added to existing facilities.
Medical Care: Prompt and adequate medical facilities are made available for the students round the clock, including specialist son call. An MOU with Jangid Hospital, Nawalgarh, has been arrived at for prompt medical services and emergency needs.
Sports Facilities: Sport man spirit is an essential requirement for the professional success in every sphere of life. Outdoor games like football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, badminton, horse riding and other are being provided to the students to incubate the value of cooperation and health completion in the students. Indoor games like Table Tennis, Carom & Chess are also made available to the students for leisure time activities and entertainment. Well designed swimming pool with filtration plant is available to the students to make them fit and cool down after a day’s hard work. There is a separate arrangement for yoga classes to the students remaining physically as well as mentally fit.
