GRT college of Nursing was established in the year, 2009.The college is affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and recognised by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi & Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai.With the prudent guidance of Shri. G. Rajendran (Chairman, GRT Group of Educational Institutions), the institution has emerged as a new educational movement, responsible for spreading value based professional education in the state.
Library: College has well equipped library with excellent collection to latest editions of national and International nursing books and journals. Students can utilize internet facilities within the library free of cost.
Laboratory
College has well established nursing laboratory with all latest equipment and articles. Lab is constructed and equipped well as per norms of Indian nursing council.
Health facilities:Each student undergoes annual medical checkup. Registered medical practitioner is available in the campus to attend to students health need. special clinic is conducted by a specialist on 3 days / week.
Hostel Facility
Safe, clean and comfortable accommodation is provided for students. Hostel has provision for reading room, recreation room, visitors parlour. TV, magazines, newspaper is made available for students use. Few Indoor games in also available.
