The Gurgaon campus of Institute of Information Technology & Management has a total built up area of over 150,000 square feet and is the first engineering college in Haryana to welcome its first batch of students in a ready-to-move-in building with covered area of 80,000 square feet. Situated on NH-71B Sohna Palwal road, the IITM campus is 2 Kms from Apeejay College of Engineering towards Gurgaon city and is 7 Kms from Sohna and 30 Kms from Faridabad. Spread over 12 acres in the heart of the “educational hub” of Gurgaon, the campus provides a perfect location for the academic pursuit – close enough to the industrial and commercial life of Gurgaon, yet away from the crazy hustle of the city.
The campus has designated fields for Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, Football and Volleyball. Indoor games such as Table Tennis, Foosball, Carom, Chess, etc., are available in the campus cafeteria. Here students can relax and enjoy some time off in-between rigorous academic sessions. Inter-school sports competitions for track and field events and major sports will be organized annually to promote health and fitness and to facilitate development of extraordinary performers. Athletes winning honors and medals at the university or state level competitions will be granted substantial scholarships, in addition to awards, prizes, and certificates.
Hostel Facility
The college has separate hostels for boys and girls off campus on a single or twin sharing basis. The hostels have 24 hours power back up with housekeeping staff. Faculty members stay in the hostel to maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules. The annual hostel fee is Rs. 62,000, which includes lodging, meals and transportation to campus. The hostels are located in the heart of Gurgaon to enable our students to avail all the opportunities such as exposure to MNC culture that Gurgaon offers.
Scholarship Facility
IITM is committed to the success of its students. For some, the financial responsibilities of school fees can be an inhibiting factor in their pursuit of world class education. Scholarships may provide a solution to this situation. On a limited basis, two types of scholarships are available to the students of IITM: Academic Excellence and Financial need-based (assessed by committee members)
