S.B. Institute of Engineering & Technology was set up in the year 2008 to provide the technical education in emerging areas of engineering and technology. The institution is managed by Shri Balaji Educational Trust, Pundri (Kaithal); which believes in imparting qualitative education. It is evident from the other educational institutions established by the Management, namely L.R. Group of Institutions, Solan (H.P.) and R.N. Shemford School, Fatehpur-Pundri (Kaithal). The trust has pledged to cater to the educational needs at root level to eliminate backwardness and pauperism. SBIET is situated at Dhand Road, village Fatehpur-Pundri, distt. Kaithal. It is located at a distance of 2 Kms. from Pehowa Chowk at Pundri to Dhand road. 	Eligibility The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subject:- Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Biology OR Have passed diploma course in Engg./technology of three year duration or more from State Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent. B.Tech. (IInd Year): Have passed (with 50%)diploma course in Engg./technology of three year duration or more from State Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent.

	Admission Procedure Admission shall be made on the basis of merit in Entrance Examination
