Arya School of Management & Information Technology (ASMIT) is a well-established institute and is a unit of Odisha Research and Advanced Studies (ORAS) registered under SR. ACT-1860. This is managed by a council of management consisting of eminent and qualified persons from leaders of industry, academicians, management professionals, I.T. Professionals, administrative and leading public personalities.
Library: The institute library is fully equipped with wide range of books on financial management, Research Journals, computer and CD’s, which covers the entire gamut of the course curriculum. The library also subscribes to wide range of journals, periodicals, newspapers and magazines to keep students abreast with the latest developments. The Internet facility is also available for students during their college hours.
Canteen: There is a canteen at the Institute campus to provide food facility to the students at a nominal price. The hygienic menu is fixed and changed regularly by a committee which takes care of the health and hygiene of the students.

The institute has separate hostels for the boys and girls within the close vicinity of the administrative office Limited residential accommodation is available for students (Boys & Girls) with a monthly nominal charge.
The institute has it’s own placement cell named 'Arya Resource Centre' (ARC), The ARC team maintains rapport with a number of potential employers and placement consultants and appraise them of the level of knowledge and practical application skills acquired by our students in various areas of management and IT and their utility to the organization.
