Established in 1944 Vaish College Bhiwani has yielded more than 66 years of fruitful service to the area and has reputed itself as a major educational Institution to reckon With. The college celebrated its golden jubilee on November 29, 1994. Hon’ble governor of Haryana Sh. Dhanik Lal Mandal and Hon’ble Chief Justice Sh. S.P. Kurdukar graced the occasion.It is not merely a college, but an embodiment of a Vision that and envisages education to be the ultimate instruments of redemption of individual Society and nation. Ab-initio the institution aimed at providing not mere literacy but real education by Pursuing the noble idea of all-round development of a student’s personality. The efforts of the distinguished Trustees & members of its Management such as Late Sh. Banarsi Dass Gupta, Late Seth Bhagirath Mal Buwaniwala, Seth Kali Charan Keshan, Late Shri RD Makharia the then eminent advocate Shri Ramsaran Dass Jain, Lata Matu Ram Anajwale the former General Secretaries like Shri Gauri Shankar Bajaj, Shri Purushottam Dass Tuhiramka and the former Vice-President Shri Pawan Kumar Buwaniwala have borne fruit as the college has attained a glorious position and a large number of its alumni has distinguished as eminent educationists, technocrats, bureaucrats, legal luminaries. Members of judiciary, industrialists and even state and national level political leaders.
Housed in a majestic building comprising spacious grounds, lawns and impressive library, Non Resident Student Centre, Canteen, Science Block and Computer Department. The college offers high class education in the faculties of Arts, Science, Commerce, Computers & also runs P.G. courses in Hindi & Mathematics. It enjoys services of very competent, experienced and dedicated faculty members. Under the inspiring guidance of such a distinguished staff the students have made their mark in academic and co-curricular spheres. Sports and cultural activities have been the special domain of the college it has been the University Champion for many years in a number of games, winning over-all championships and has produced sportsmen of national and international standard. Even in cultural activities the performance has been stupendous with the students bagging top honors in the inter-college, Zonal, Inter-Zonal, University and inter- university competitions. The NCC co-petitions and NSS units have also won great laurels by excellent achievements year after year
