The College Of Vocational Studies, a maintained institution of Delhi University, was founded in 1972. It makes a small beginning in a great change in the field of higher education making it more meaningful and diversified. Through this experiment, we seek to break new ground by bridging the gap between static university education and the social environment.
The college has a well stocked fully computerised, air-conditioned, Library. It has three sections namely reference section, text book section and general section. The reading room provides news papers and magazines for general reading. It also provides scholarly journals and periodicals for consultation. Rules for the use of library are notified on the Notice Board by the Librarian from time to time.

A placement cum training cell is working in the College which arranges for the training and placement of students. The service of the cell shall be available only to the students who are regular in attendance, take up all the tests and half-yearly examinations, and undergo necessary training etc
