BPLJ P.G College, Tosham (Bhiwani) has a remarkable placement record and most students have their careers charted out well before they complete graduation. The great visionary and philanthropist, Seth Banwari Lal Jindal’s inspiration and active support became fruitful to take the shape of Banwari Lal Jindal Suiwala College, Tosham in the year 1995. It was his vision and mission to provide quality higher education to the young boys and girls of this highly backward and rural region to meet the demands of industry, state and society through excellence in Arts, Commerce, Science, Computers and Vocational Education. The foundation of the college building was laid on December 27, 1992 and the first session of the College commenced on August10, 1995. The college is being run by Shri Banwari Lal Jindal Suiwala Educational Trust, New Delhi which has been acclaimed for its selfless service for the development of society, especially in this rural backward area of Tosham.
With all modern facilities the college campus is housed in 27000 sq. feet on ground level and 23000 sq. feet on first storey. In this two storey building, 24 Classrooms of different sizes have been constructed. Another storey is being planned, keeping in view the growing requirements of the institution.
One of the major attractions of the college is a separate building for library. This separate two storey library block, 5000 sq. feet in size, is fully computerized with internet services. In this fast changing scenario the college library is well stocked with latest books, journals, periodicals and newspapers. Apart from this, the college has 4 laboratories, music and arts room, four modern computer labs with 24 hour internet facility, girls common room, individual rooms for teachers, T.T. room, Canteen, NCC room, NSS room, women cell and an administrative block. For cultural programmes there are three open air theatre stages. For sports activities various playgrounds operate on a three acre tract of land. There are two power generators in the college for ensuring 24 hour power supply. In order to provide fresh and cool water to the students two big water coolers with water purifiers have been provided.
