Eligibility
The candidate must have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of a calendar year. The candidate need to pass Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent at 10+2 level from a recognized council/board and passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English individually, and obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Mere fulfilling eligibility criteria do not guarantee admission

Admission will be solely based on the merit in the entrance test and counseling
 
No. of Seats
100 seats; Out of these 100 seats, 50 seats are filled in by candidates from the Joint Entrance Examination (Medical), West Bengal and the remaining 50 seats are designated as management seats filled in through an entrance examination conducted by the GNIDSR through an independent organization.

Candidate should pass BDS from Govt. India / DCI recognized College & University Candidate should have permanent registration of Dental Council of India/State Council. Mere fulfilling eligibility criteria do not guarantee admission.
