Library: The Institute maintains a specialized library and rich collection of books and audio-visual aids. These resources are used for educational programmes. Students of CIHM would have access to large number of books, resource materials, internet and magazines all to keep them updated in the areas of studies & specialization.
Training Restaurant & Bar: A Training Restaurant and Bar, equipped to cater to national and international tastes, provides latest techniques of service at par with the industry. Training of buffets, banquets, guerdons service etc. are also provided in this lab. This restaurant will develop the flare of service & bar tending among the students.
