Rama Devi Kanya Mahavidyalaya situated at picturesque site at E-3, Sec-61, Noida, is an outcome of continuous efforts of relentless pursuit of teamwork. Rama Devi Memorial Educational Society, comprising of eminent and noted educationists was founded in 1991, with an aim of providing quality education to children of NOIDA and its adjoining areas. The society has taken upon itself to promote education to all in general and women in particular. Towards this end, the society has successfully established a number of educational institutions including a College for Women named Rama Devi Kanya Mahavidyalaya, affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. In continuation of upliftment of rural womenfolk by providing easy access to quality education, this college for women has embarked upon its academic pursuit in the year 2004 and since then it has grown and prospered in leaps and bounds.
The college is nestled in Sector-61, Noida just adjacent to Sai Mandir, and is easily accessible from Delhi, Ghaziabad & Faridabad. The college is well connected to Noida City Centre Metro Station. The college has a highly integrated infrastructure with well ventilated and spacious classrooms, multimedia laboratory, educational psychology laboratory, well-stocked library with reading room and sports ground. The college has an advantage of having City Public School, Noida as its laboratory for teachers training programme. At RDKM computers, with associated hardware, internet connection provides hands on experience to teacher trainees for accessing, processing information, thereby, empowering the methods of teaching & learning which has truly created an environment for fast & easier learning. RDKM has a specious and well ventilated multipurpose Hall with a capacity of around 300 persons. There is an arrangement of OHP and LCD projector. Cultural activities, debates, group competitions etc. are organized in this hall.
