BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) | Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (EPGDM) | Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)

1 .	BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
	Eligibility A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Degree course in BBA shall have passed 12th Std. Examination (H.S.C. 10 +2) from any stream with English as passing subject and has secured atleast 50% marks at 12th std. OR Three Years Diploma Course after S.S.C. i.e. 10th Standard of Board of Technical Education conducted by Government of Gujarat or its equivalent.
	Duration 3 years (6 semesters). Each semester will comprise of 16 weeks of class work
	Admission Procedure Business Aptitude Test (BAT): The BAT is a management entrance exam devised by the Shanti Business School (SBS), which is the first step of the written examinations. BAT assesses the aspirant's verbal and qualitative reasoning, data interpretation and analytical skills, mathematical comprehension, general knowledge and proficiency of English language. Individual Presentation: Unlike most b- schools, at SBS we have done away with the customary Group Discussion. Instead, we believe in testing individual's caliber, public speaking skills and presence of mind through Individual Presentation on a given topic. Personal Interview: At the final stage of the admission process, a personal interview is conducted with a panel of faculty from SBS to test the aspirant on a wide range of subjects. The interview aims to assess the student's level of intelligence, his interests and academic inclinations, as well as his potential and scope to grow within the institute.
	Other Details The degree shall be titled as Bachelor of Business Management/ Studies/Administration. (All the three titles are specified in the UGC list of specifications of degree wide D.O.No.F.1-10/2004 Pt. (CPP-II) dated 1st November 2009 and approved under Sub-Sec (3) of Sec 22 of the UGC Act).

2 .	Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (EPGDM)
	Eligibility The participant has to be engaged in part-time work / business during the entire course of the program as part of industry immersion and internship modules. A participant has to be a graduate of a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in cases of scheduled caste / scheduled tribe) in the graduation examination or equivalent cumulative grade point average.
	Duration 15 Months
	Admission Procedure One has to fill up the application form and write an essay on one’s purpose of doing the PGDM program (Statement of Purpose). Then one has to sit for a written aptitude test for admission conducted by Shanti Business School. CAT / GMAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT scores are acceptable but the test conducted by Shanti Business School is mandatory. If one qualifies in the written aptitude test conducted by Shanti Business School, then one has to appear for Group Discussion / Presentation and Interview.

3 .	Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
	Eligibility Admission is open to students who have passed their graduation or equivalent examinations with a minimum of 50% marks and students awaiting their final year results.
	Duration 2 years
	Admission Procedure Admission to SBS is a three step process, which begins with appearing for the written examination which tests an aspirant on 4 areas namely Intelligent Quotient, Emotional Quotient Leadership Quotient & Spiritual Quotient, followed by Individual Presentation & Personal Interview. Business Aptitude Test (BAT): The BAT is a management entrance exam devised by the Shanti Business School (SBS), which is the first step of the written examinations. BAT assesses the aspirant''s verbal and qualitative reasoning, data interpretation and analytical skills, mathematical comprehension, general knowledge and proficiency of English language. Followed by the BAT, the candidate appears for a set of Psychometric Test, Leadership Test and a test determining his spiritual quotient. Individual Presentation: Unlike most b- schools, at SBS we have done away with the customary Group Discussion. Instead, we believe in testing individual''s caliber, public speaking skills and presence of mind through Individual Presentation on a given topic..
