An exclusive engineering institute for women, M.N Rao Women’s Engineering College, was established in the year 2008, by the dynamic and humble visionary Sri J. Bhaskar Rao. The college library is true to its word. It is a typical house of knowledge and provides a calm and serene ambience to our students. Our Library has more than sufficient number of books, journals and periodicals in addition to 6 daily News papers and magazines.
Hostel Facility
JB Group of Education institutes are providing hizenic hostel facility for engineering students were functioning since 14 SEP 04.We are having seperate hostels, which consist of 162 rooms for boys and 96 rooms for girls with excellent facilities.We are having dedicated warden and some of the senoir faculties will taking care of hostel residents.
The College has a Center for Students Services and Placement, which gives personal and career counseling to the students. The idea is to enable students to effectively cope with life at College as well as in their career. One of the major objectives of the center is to help students in obtaining internships and placements in reputed companies across various industrial sectors. Assistance is also provided to students in procuring higher education opportunities. The College offers special coaching for GATE, TOFEL and GRE to its students. They are also encouraged to present technical papers at seminars in other colleges with a view to improving their research and presentation skills. Also, during the last few years, several personality development program have been conducted by experts from industry.
