The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Jyotisar, Distt. Kurukshetra is an Autonomous Institute jointly sponsored by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Department of Tourism, Government of Haryana. It is a society registered under Society of Registration Act with District Registrar of Firms & Societies, Kurukshetra. Its first academic session will commence from July 2008. It is located on Kurukshetra – Pehowa Road, adjacent to famous Kalpana Chawla Plantarium, and is 2 kms from Kurukshetra University.
Library: As Library place a very important role for the overall academic development of students, therefore to provide the best facility to our students, the Institute has got of big & specious library equipped with best books, journals, and periodicals. The students, in case of any doubt can make use of the computer with internet facility in the library itself.
Auditorium : The multi purpose hall of ,Institute is fully air-conditioned with a seating capacity of more than 250 persons. It is used for seminars and extra curricular activities to bring out inherent talent of the students.
The Institute has state of art infrastructure to provide quality training in the filed of Hotel Management and equipped with following:-Basic Training Kitchen (BTK), Advance Training Kitchen (ATK), Quantity Food Kitchen (QFK), Bakery & Confectionary, Mock bar
