MITR has successfully organized several sports tournaments including Sports Meet, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis tournaments, Badminton, Chess tournaments etc.

Tuition fee waiver subsidized lodging boarding & library facility will be made available to needy students. Also, top class meritorious students will be rewarded with special scholarships. A committee at institute as well as trust level will be formed to decide policies in this matter.
