Kota College of Pharmacy (KCP) was established by Oasis educational society, Jaipur in 2004 at SP-I RIICO Industrial Area, Ranpur, near Jhalawar Road, Kota and since then it is solely devoted to the growth and development of pharmacy education. KCP emphasizes on the overall development of the students. It aims at not only producing good pharmacist but also good and worthy citizens of the society.KCP aspires to become the centre of excellence in the field of pharmacy and the related areas of pharmacy education, training and research. Library: Library in any system is one of the very important organof educational system and it is the centre of all activities in the campus. The Library plays a vital role in the collection development and dissemination of scientific and technical information to meet the present and future academic and research needs of varied users.KCP has a well maintained spacious library encompassing a reading room and stocked with more than 5000 books, many national and international journals of pharmacy,related subjects and a large no. of project reports/ dissertations(B.Pharm.and M.Pharm)The library is carefully designed to provide a comfortable seating and reading environment.The college subscribes a number of National and International periodicals and journals, having many microfilms and compact discs for keeping the students and faculty members abreast with advancement and new development in the field of pharmacy. The college library also has a separate reference section from where the students can refer various important books and journals.The e-library is well versed with internet facility which helps students & faculty member in their project work. The college library also offers other facilities like Photocopy, News papers, Magazines etc.
Placement Service Available: The main aim of Training and placement cell is to act as contact place and facilitator to arrange campus visits and conduct of recruitment process of the prospective employers for the purposeful placement of graduate and post graduate students of the college. The cell also seeks opportunities for the betterment of institute and industry interaction through participation in institute-industry -interaction programs and by inviting experts from the industry and related fields to deliver guest lectures on various aspects.
