Mahakal Institute of Pharmaceutical Studies was established by Prasar Shikshan Evam Seva Sansthan to conduct M.Pharmacy and B.Pharmacy courses.
Library: The Mahakal Group of Institutes has individual library with individual staff members for each institute. Each institute library displays more than 30,000 books relevant to various fields of engineering from reputed publications authored by eminent authors, and provides a great scope for the students to improve upon their knowledge.
It is updated every year with the addition of latest books. The fully computerized system with barcode facilities makes library procedures easy and on-par with International Standards. The library also has facility of searching the books and journals, online.
Canteen: In order to satisfy the appetites of the students and to give them a break after a day's hard work, the Institute campus is provided with a relaxing and comfortable canteen. The canteen not only provides the students of the campus with mouthwatering dishes but is also one of the most happening places in the campus with all the students gathering there to discuss their new experiences in the campus.
Hostel Facility
Single and double room accommodation for boys is available separately within the premises with the capacity of more than 250. Hostel rooms are well furnished with proper ventilation. Girl’s hostel facility is available on request outside the campus. Special lodging arrangements are made for the students. It has got good facilities and infrastructure which makes students feel comfortable and find a homely atmosphere.
Other facilities include in house Canteen & Mess, Water coolers , Recreation Room, Indoor games, Gymnasium, Medical room with Doctor & Nurse in attendance, Co-operative store, State Bank & ATM, Post Office nearby, Parking Round the clock Security, internet lab , cricket & basket Ball ground, and Wi-Fi enabled Net connectivity zone. For the visitors, the institute provides guest-rooms. Hostels are managed by senior faculty members to ensure discipline. Admission to the hostels is subject to admission to the Institute and availability of accommodation.
