SBNITM is looked after by the executive council of Shri Bhawani Niketan, Shiksha Samiti.
Library: The library consists of a book section and a reading hall. Every student will be given two library cards. One book can be got issued against each card. Students can read journals, magazines or newspapers in the reading hall. Detailed rules of using library facilities are available in the library.

Hostel Facility
SBNITM has separate hostels for boys and girls within the premises of the college. The intake capacity for boys and girls is 150 and 100 respectively. Both the hostels are situated in the campus but are 500 meters away from each other. Rooms are very well ventilated and well-furnished along with attached toilets and bathrooms.
A training and placement cell is one of the most important parts of a professional institute. SBNITM is establishing an effective training and placement cell from the year 2010. This all will arrange practical, industrial training to the students as a part of their curriculum. This is also going to develop institute-industry interaction for mutual benefit of the two. Placement process is planned to start with the prefinal year stage of the students.
