SVITS was established by the Jayanthi Educational Society of Mahabubnagar with a commitment to Engineering & Technology with emphasis in related Science and Management Education.
Library: The institution has open access Library consisting 37,747 text books of latest editions. The Library is fully supported by Digital Library, the facility offered by SONET and more than 30,000 books can be accessed besides National and International Journals.
Sports: We provide excellent facilities and encourage our students to participate in various games and sports like: Cricket, Basketball, Volley Ball, Badminton, Shuttle, Table Tennis, Chess, Caroms. Full facilities for indoor and outdoor games are made available. Basket ball court has been installed at a cost of above 2 lakhs. Every year sports, games meet is conducted for students and staff and prizes are awarded on the annual day function.
Canteen: A canteen is provided with in the campus of the Institution. The canteen provides fresh nutritious food at nominal rates. The Institution has 2 canteens, in that one canteen is reserved for hostlers and another is for faculties and day-scholars.
Hostel Facility
The Institution has well furnished separate hostels for both boys & girls. The boys Hostel with a capacity to accommodate 200 students is located in the campus of the Institution. The Girls Hostel is located in Mahabubnagar.
The training and placement cell of SVITS is actively interacting with various industries and developed continuous rapport in order to expose the students to practical environment to enable the students to integrate theory and practice. Further, the cell is bringing Industries to Institution in order to impart Industry Grade Employable Skills and outsource the research work/projects. The training and placement cell is also providing an opportunity to the students to handle live projects following Industry standards. Training in GRE/TOEFL for further studies abroad.
