St. Anns College of Engineering And Technology (SACET), Chirala is managed by St. Mary Educational Society. Their vision is to develop St. Ann’s College of Engineering & Technology into an Institution of Global standards catering to the educational needs of students and also contribute to the welfare of local community.

Library: The College has a well equipped, fully computerized automated its Library House Keeping operations by using Smart Campus Library Module with Barcode Equipment and modern library housed in the Ground Floor itself. The books are classified and arranged according to the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) and “OPEN ACCESS” system is followed. The library has OPAC – on-line public assess catalogue. Through this OPAC search, the Library database can be searched to know the status of book by entering title, author and accessing number and published. Manual catalogue is also available to find out the availability of books. Books are issued using online Barcode circulation method. National and International Journals & Periodicals in various disciplines of Engineering, covering the entire study spectrum. The Library is constantly updated by acquiring books & journals in different fields from time to time based on the needs.
Our College library has Digital Library network. The capacity has the ability to facilitate Teleconferences. The Subscription also provides access to IEEE ON-LINE Journals and J-Gate - AICTE Online Journals . Library is rich with facilities and recommended volumes of all subjects both prescribed and recommended.
Sports: We have Sports Centre, functioning to ensure the needs of sports activities in the college campus. A large playground is equipped in the campus for Cricket, Hockey, Football, Basketball and other out door games as well as various indoor games are provided.

Placement Cell is headed by a full time Placement & Training Officer with wide industrial experience. St. Ann's have signed MoU's with various MNC's like Infosys, IBM, Wipro etc. St. Ann's are conducting various Academic Initiative Programmes with Infosys Campus Connect, Wipro mission 10X, IBM Center for Excellence and The Great Mind Challenge. Regular interaction with other institutions & industries is done to update the database on employment opportunities in national multinational companies like Infosys, IBM, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Mahindra-Satyam, ICICI, Reliance, Oracle etc. The Cell has built up good industry - institute interface.
